Japanese roast beef

Japanese roast beef will give you a very strange feeling, but no less delicious. You try doing at home!

Material

     300g beef tenderloin galangal
     1/2 carrot
     1 tomato
     1 tablespoons honey
     1 tablespoons oyster sauce
     1 tablespoons tomato sauce (ketchup)
     1 tablespoons chutney
     Pepper, seasoning seeds, sesame.
     Cooking oil

Making


Beef washed, blot dry, ensuring wedges seasoned with nuts, pepper, honey, oyster sauce, soy. 
Then mix well, using the membrane food sealed, put in the cool refrigerator compartment, marinated overnight.
The next day, put the meat on the charcoal grill, roast cooked.

     Note: Do not grill too carefully. Because it take off the fragrant, soft of beef.
     Beef cooked, put on a plate, sprinkle with sesame.
     Follow with cut tomato, carrot sticks cut.
