Mango Tiramisu cake

Material:
- Mascarpone cheese 500g
- Whipping cream 600ml
- Sugar, vanilla
- Orange juice 300ml
- Sampa cake
- Mango 3 fruit
- Lemon processed 3 fruit
- Alcohol orange Cointreau: ¼ cup
- Vanilla 1 bottle
How to make mango Tiramisu:

Step 1:
- Use knife to whittle mango peel. Each mango cheek cut into slices.
- Cut the lemon, wiper and seeds into a bowl.
Step 2:
- Give orange juice and wine, vanilla into a bowl, mix well.
Step 3:
- Give cheese, 600ml cold cream, vanilla and sugar into bowl. Stirred with speed increases from low to high until the mixture is stiff smooth, supple.
Step 4:

Enshrine cake:
- Embed Fast ladyfinger with orange juice and wine mixture in Step 2, put cake on the tray. Then coated 1 layer mango, then to 1 layer cream. Continue enshrine sampa cake have dipped into orange juice mixture and wine, covered mango and cream to 2/3 tray.
 Note: ladyfinger rapidly absorb water, so we need fast hands unless bread will easily be crushed.
- Finally, covered 1 layer mango and drizzle with lemon juice on the cake. To the cake in the refrigerator overnight.
To pass one night that you can enjoy this cake!
