Grilled eel noodle guise leaves

Grilled eel noodle dish is not only delicious guise leaves, but also more exotic, you try to make!

Material:

- 500gr eels
- 1 tablespoon minced lemongrass
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder; 1 tablespoon fish sauce; 1/2 teaspoon sugar; 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt; 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cloves minced garlic guise leaves washed dried, roasted peanuts opening act
- Fresh noodle

Perform:

 Step 1: Eel washed, boning and remove bone. Minced or pureed. Give eel meat into a bowl along with all the spices and mix for 20 minutes to the soaked meat.

Step 2: Leaves guise spread on a dish, ribbed upper surface, give little eel meat into curled back. You can see below:


Step 3: Put pan on the stove,add the little oil. When heat oil, give roll with fried meat on fire guise leaves slightly lower. When fried, you remember back to the meat fried ripe and green leaf guise is beautiful. Take-out plate.

Presentation: Let little fresh noodle dish, grilled eel put up the guise leaves, sprinkled with crushed peanuts and onion. Decorate salad, pickles and herbs then enjoy!
